Bangkok: The Kasetsart University invited to the International Conference of Economists 2025, the 18th National Conference of Economists, and 18th Graduate Conference in Economics. At this combined special event, participants and speakers explored and discussed the role of diversity in economic transformations. The conference focused on how globalization, climate change, and technological advancements impact economies, especially in Southeast Asia. The discussions aimed to provide solutions for achieving economic resilience, equitable growth, and sustainability through diversity in perspectives, policies, and economic structures. Ulrike Grote and Trung Thanh Nguyen from the Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) were invited to provide speeches on their research at the conference. In addition, submissions of TVSEP research papers by Thi Minh Nguyet Tran and Kasem Kunasri (both LUH) were accepted for presentation at the conference. The conference was well attended by TVSEP data users who also participated in the TVSEP data user workshop one day earlier.
