For the first time since 2017, TVSEP was able to resume its household panel survey in Vietnam. Currently, the survey is ongoing in the Province of Ha Tinh while waiting for Government Permission for Thua Thien Hue and Dak Lak province. The 2022 survey is the 8th panel wave in Vietnam. A team of twenty interviewers and five supervisors have been trained and organizational and financial arrangements haven been made by the LUH Data Management Team (Prof. Waibel, Mr. Wendt, Ms Bergmeier) supported by TVSEP’s research assistant in Vietnam, Ms My Hao Van. The survey in Ha Tinh is expected to be finished around 6 October 2022.
